Avery can’t believe she’s already 4 months old (see expression below)… and neither can mommy and daddy. As of our last visit to the pediatrician on 7/11, Avery weighed 12.6 lbs and was 25 inches long. She’s got a fuzzy little head that keeps getting blonder every day. To celebrate the 4 month mark, Aves chose the fine cuisine of Taco Bell so we could pay for dinner ahead of any potential “melt downs”. She ended up doing really well, so we also made a quick stop by Marble Slab… After all, she was dressed for the occasion with cute little ice creams on her outfit (Shelley’s words, not mine!).

When daddy says, “Smile for the camera!”, this is what we have to work with…

Avery was very interested in watching people at the ice cream shop. She managed to attract more attention than we anticipated, and one little girl kept shouting HI BABY!! the entire time we waited in line.

Baby Avery

Daddy had a big system going live over the July 4th weekend so we celebrated at home this year. The girls went shopping during the afternoon and then we cooked hot dawgs and watched HD coverage of all the fireworks. The best part was actually being at the new house, and sitting on the back patio with the family. What a great weekend.

First stop on the shopping tour was Bed Bath & Beyond. Shelley found everything she needed, however Avery was a little less enthused…

But who can blame her… She was ready to go home and try on her new baby bikini!!! LOL

She can easily knock out 5 to 6 ounces per bottle…

But it usually knocks her out too!!!
